Caleb Elijah

Caleb Elijah, recognized for his standout roles in projects like Cross (2024), True Story (2021), and the highly anticipated upcoming series ReVerso (2025), is quickly rising as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. With his compelling performances and dynamic range, Elijah has captured the attention of both critics and audiences alike, and we don’t see his star settling down anytime soon.

Graceyn Hollingsworth

Graceyn Hollingsworth made a name for herself with the 2020 debut of the animated series, Gacie’s Corner. The series came to life to help address the difficulty in finding diverse content for Graceyn and her siblings as they were homeschooled. Graceyn’s parents, Javoris Hollingsworth, Ph.D., a Chemistry Professor & Arlene Gordon-Hollingsworth, Ph.D., a licensed Clinical Psychologist, decided to take on the challenge and fill in the gap with the creation of Gracie’s Corner. And now, both Gracie’s Corner and Graceyn Hollingsworth are both household names.

Leah Sava Jeffries

Leah Sava Jeffries has a growing resume of accomplishments that even season veterans in the industry would envy. With multiple projects under her belt, Jeffries is probably most known for her recent role as Annabeth in the Disney series, Percy Jackson and The Olympians. Her dynamic performance has not only showcased her immense talent but also cemented her place as one of the most promising rising stars in the entertainment world. And if you haven’t heard, Percy Jackson and The Olympians is geared up for season 2, streaming soon!

Melody Hurd

We first got a glimpse of Melody Hurd when a few years ago, she and her sister Lyric Hurd went viral as they danced to Zay Hilfigerrr and Zayion Mcall’s hit song “Juju on That Beat.” Since then, Melody has been starring on the big and small screens alongside some of Black Hollywood’s A-list heavy-hitters. Currently starring in the Amazon Prime Video hit series, Cross, Melody is definitely positioning herself as someone that you will definitely want to put on your watch list!

TJ Mixson

TJ Mixson, whose real name is Thaddeus J. Mixson, is taking Hollywood by storm with standout roles in films such as Creed III (2023), Candy Cane Lane (2023), and South of Heaven (2021). Whether he’s delivering intense drama lines or injecting a bit of holiday spirit into his roles, Mixson consistently captivates those who are watching with his authentic presence and dedication to his craft. TJ Mixson is undoubtedly an actor to watch as he continues to build his presence in the industry.

The 56th Annual NAACP Image Awards will air on February 22 at 8/7c on BET and CBS.
