Mario Falcone, once renowned as the charismatic ladies’ man on TOWIE, was famous for his striking appearance and charming demeanor. At the age of 24, he openly confessed to having romantic encounters with over 500 women. However, those days are behind him as he now embraces a more settled family life.
In 2022, Mario exchanged vows with his wife Becky, and together they are proud parents to two children: six-year-old Parker Jax Falcone and two-year-old Cali Roux. Despite the responsibilities of fatherhood, Mario is committed to maintaining his reputation as the most attractive dad at the school gates.
Committed to preserving his youthful looks, Mario disclosed last year that he had undergone blepharoplasty. This surgical procedure, which removes excess skin or fat from the eyelids, helps reduce the appearance of hooded or drooping eyelids and eye bags.
However the reality star isn’t letting fatherhood weather his looks and is determined to keep his title as the hottest dad at the school gates.
Last year he revealed he had undergone blepharoplasty surgery, which removes excess skin or fat from the eyelids, to reduce the look of hooded or drooping eyelids or eye bags.
But since April he has also embarked on a series of non-invasive treatments with Dr Nora Jaafar at her Rejuvenation Clinic to totally transform and maintain his youthful appearance.

Sharing before and after snaps taken just four weeks after the treatments, Mario displays a much smoother visage and healthy glow.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Dr Nora explained: ‘Mario’s transformation is the perfect example of how modern aesthetics can enhance someone’s natural features without changing who they are.
‘He still looks like himself — just fresher, more youthful. His results are balanced, harmonious, and in tune with his natural structure.
‘It’s been such a pleasure helping him feel his best and showing that male treatments can be empowering, not excessive.
‘We always joke that the goal is to be the hottest dad at the school gates — though Mario insists that was already a given before his treatments!’
But what is the secret behind his good looks?
Firstly Mario has undergone dermal fillers, an injectable treatments used to restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours.
Made from hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the skin, the filler can lift the cheeks, soften smile lines, define the jawline, and plump the lips with immediate results going on to last 6–18 months.

He has undergone a range of treatments including dermal fillers, chemical peels, Botox and Polynucleotides (more colloquially known as salmon sperm facials)

Definitely the most well known treatment, Mario has also dabbled in Botox, the muscle-relaxing injection that many celebrities have been using for years.
It’s clear from Mario’s snaps that the Botox has heavily reduced Mario’s frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet.
It may sound disgusting, but salmon sperm is becoming more and more popular as an unusual facial.
The official name for the salmon concoction is Polynucleotides or Plinest which uses fragments of DNA that help repair and rejuvenate the skin at a cellular level.
Unlike fillers, Plinest doesn’t add volume but instead improves skin quality, elasticity, hydration, and reduces inflammation.
It’s ideal for dull, tired, or sensitive skin and works particularly well around the eyes and neck.
Paired with the Plinest, Mario has also used the skin booster treatment Sisthema to achieve a deep hydration and a glow from within.
Like dermal fillers, Sisthema is injected into the skin with hyaluronic acid and nutrients to help to improve texture, elasticity, and radiance.
The treatment will make sure Mario avoids the dreaded crepey neck and maintains a youthful appearance.

We all enjoy an evening of self care with a bath and a face mask, but Mario has taken this one step further and undergoes chemical peels.
The treatment uses active acids to gently exfoliate the top layer of skin, removing dead cells and encouraging cell turnover.
This reveals fresher, brighter skin and can help improve tone, texture, pigmentation, acne, and fine lines.
Aside from the treatments, Mario has also been given his own personalised medical-grade skincare plan.
Unlike drug store skincare, a tailored medical plan uses clinically proven products with active ingredients at concentrations higher than over-the-counter skincare.
These formulations can target specific concerns like pigmentation, acne, ageing, and rosacea—enhancing and maintaining results from in-clinic treatments, while transforming skin health at home.

Mario revealed that his biggest insecurity was his hooded eyes and said he has become self-conscious about his looks.
Speaking on Instagram, he said: ‘My hooded eyelids have been something I have grown very conscious of over the past couple of years.
‘I blame the kids (laughing emoji), very happy with the results so far! Big thank you to @dr.carlodebbas.’
