A student from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has decided to leave the institution, urging prospective students to reconsider their choice of university.
In a video circulating on TikTok, the student, who goes by the username @dipsin1, explained his decision to withdraw from FUNAAB. He recounted an incident where a lecturer confiscated and discarded his ₦500,000 earring.
In the viral clip, @dipsin1 expressed his frustration by searching for the lost earrings and tearing up his student ID card, signifying his departure from the university.
FUNAAB student announces quit
“I swear this FUNAAB is a terrible school. If you’re contemplating which university to attend, don’t choose FUNAAB. A lecturer took my ₦500k earring and threw it away. I’ve been looking for it but couldn’t find it. I’m breaking my school ID card. I’m not returning to this school,” he declared with noticeable anger.
”I swear this FUNAAB na rubbish school. If you are thinking of a school that you want to come to, don’t try FUNAAB. Earring wey I buy N500k. Lecturer collect am for my hand, throway am. I don dey find the earring I no see am. I am breaking my school ID card. I am not coming to this school again”, He stated angrily.
Meanwhile, the post’s comment section has been flooded with reactions from TikTok users.
Reacting to the post, a TikTok user , Puniky remarked, “Wahala 🤣🤣.Funaab don dey whyne me since but I just dey ignore them”.
Ovi Brand stated, “He’s feeling like he should be worshipped, like he’s a god or something. Let’s see him in the next few years”.
