Gabourey Sidibe’s twins are making waves this summer—literally.

The Precious star and her husband Brandon Frankel just shared new pics of 15-month-old Cooper and Maya during their first-ever pool day, and fans can’t get enough.

“Throwback to the first time we ever took the Twins in the pool!” Frankel began his captioned the post. “They started proper swimming lessons semi recently, and it’s just so wild to see how little and squishy they were! They’re growing up so so fast—so squishy!”

Frankel and Sidibe welcomed Cooper and Maya in April 2024, and since then, they’ve been sprinkling fans’ timelines with glimpses of their hilarious and adorable parenting moments.

For Father’s Day, Sidibe gave her husband the green light to post one of his favorite (and funniest) photos of her post-delivery.

“@gabbysidibe gifted me permission to share the funniest picture I’ve probably ever taken in my life—her super duper high on morphine being absolutely flabbergasted that she had just given birth to two whole babies!” Frankel wrote.

The photo showed Sidibe in the hospital holding her newborn twins, eyes wide, jaw dropped, giving full-on “I-just-birthed-TWO-humans?!” energy. “Her face is absolute shock, and I love it,” he added.

But Father’s Day wasn’t just about laughs. Frankel also took a moment to reflect on the journey, “I know today is ‘about me’, but let’s be real…I wouldn’t be a Father without the grueling 9 months she went through, and these two absolute angels that came from it. That day my entire world changed, and I’m so grateful for it.”

And if you thought the dad pride stopped there, think again. Back in April, Frankel debuted a new tattoo in honor of Cooper and Maya. Inked on his forearm in delicate blue-black script are the twins’ names, a permanent tribute to his two little co-stars.

“Oops! I did it again,” he joked in the caption. “Been wanting to get the Twins’ names tattooed on me since they were born, and finally decided to make it happen. They both deserved some real estate.”
