When the sun goes down and the moon comes up, Jenna Ortega is ready to turn into a teenage goo goo muck.

After all, Netflix shared a glimpse at the upcoming second season of Wednesday Jan. 30 that is sure to be just as strange and deranged as its first installment.

The 2025 sizzle reel—which also teases new seasons for Stranger Things, Emily in Paris, Love Is Blind and more—reveals where Tyler Galpin (Hunter Doohan) has been since being captured by police since his identity as the Hyde was brought to light.

Wednesday Addams, donning her Nevermore Academy uniform complete with her signature braided ‘do, enters Tyler’s room at Willowhill Psychiatric Hospital. The teenage boy, chained to the wall of his room, lifts his head to look at her.

Tyler’s admission into the facility after transforming into a hyde—a mutated monster banned from Nevermore for three decades—mirrors his late mother Francoise’s experience as a teenager. In fact, when Marilyn Thornhill (Christina Ricci) shares with Tyler his mother’s true past in the first season, she unlocks his alter ego and becomes his master.
