Gwyneth Paltrow is overjoyed her 19-year-old daughter Apple is back from college for the summer.

The Sliding Doors Oscar-winner, 50 – who also has son Moses, 17, with her ex-husband Chris Martin, 46 – shared in a GOOP newsletter posted on Thursday that her ‘heart is full.’

And she is happy to see that Apple is now getting along better with her brother.

‘Dynamics in the house have shifted back to what they were a year ago, only she and her brother bicker less, these 10 months bringing growth for them both,’ wrote the designer.

And she is also glad to see Apple hanging out with her old pals again.

‘Apple has returned from her freshman year at college, and I am so struck by how quickly this school year has passed,’ wrote the Emma actress.

‘It is lovely to see her and her elementary school friends back together like a flock of sweet sparrows, coming in and out of one another’s houses in packs, then dispersing,’ noted the Iron Man actress.

‘My heart is full hearing their laughter ricochet through the halls,’ added the ex of Brad Pitt.

Gwyneth, now married to TV writer Brad Falchuk, 52, added the family marked Apple’s 19th birthday on May 14 with a homecooked dinner.

She said: ‘We celebrated Apple’s birthday last week, and I made dinner for the occasion: a super easy (I swear) chicken recipe, the vegetable paella from My Father’s Daughter (Gwyneth’s cook book), tortilla Española, and pan con tomate.’

The Shakespeare In Love actress also talked about Apple two weeks ago.

‘Wellness = Happiness = someone coming home from college!’ she wrote in the sweet snap, along with two pink hearts.

The precious selfie captured the duo snuggled up in a booth as Apple took the snap.

Paltrow is doing much better after she suffered from separation anxiety from Apple.

Gwyneth said on The Late Late Show in January when its dad-of-three host James Corden, 44, asked how she felt about an ‘impending empty nest’: ‘Not very well. Not very well.’

She appeared on the show alongside mum-of-two actress Hilary Swank, 48, added: ‘I’m going to be at Hilary’s house, just hand me one.’

Hilary told her: ‘Come over, there’s plenty to go around.’

Last year she said that she was pained at seeing Apple go.

‘My daughter went to college in the fall,’ she told People.

She said that it was hard on her emotionally to say farewell to her daughter. ‘It was horrible. It was truly horrifying,’ she said. ‘I was sick to my stomach, bursting into tears.’

She is ‘getting more and more used to’ it and is relieved she is ‘happy.’

The lifestyle expert also said that she went on a parents weekend visit and Apple came home for October break. ‘That was amazing,’ she added.

‘I see her, but not as much as I’d like. I’d like to see her every day, but I’m so happy for her. She’s doing great,’ noted the ex of Ben Affleck.

Speaking of her son, she said: ‘My son is growing up every minute. He’s taller than me. But I’m very grateful for the transitions. Especially as a mother, I’ve really cherished every chapter of their lives.

‘It’s funny, I always thought, when they were born I was like, ‘It’s never going to be better than this.’ But then they were 2, and then 5, and every stage I’ve been like, ‘This is better than the last.’ And I feel that way now,’ she added.
