Gwyneth Paltrow was lauded by fans on social media on Thursday after posting an unfiltered image that featured her natural age lines.
The 52-year-old actress-turned-mogul posed with an expressive furrowed brow while holding a small promotional card for her new clothing range Gwyn.
Gwyneth’s carousel post was simply captioned, ‘NYFW,’ and the snapshot was taken outside, with an illustrious backdrop of a wall in the Big Apple.
Many of her 9.2 million followers flocked to the comments to praise her for sharing her untouched visage.
‘The first photo is so refreshing and real,’ wrote one admirer while another added, ‘The first photo is so real. Finalmente!’
And someone else said, ‘Okay, I am VERY into this frown and normal lady face lines. No knock on injections, but (as an aging Gen Xer myself) seeing a grown woman’s face with its earned gravitas is a MOOD.’

And one social media user urged, ‘Please don’t change that face. It’s beautiful and natural.’
Another gushed, ‘Love that you’re happy to post a normal photo of yourself in all your age appropriate beauty.’
The person added, ‘So sick of ridiculous unrealistic expectations of aging. Women can be beautiful at any age, wrinkles, grey hair and all.’
In 2023 Gwyneth told Glamour, ‘I do want to age as beautifully as I can. I’m not afraid of wrinkles. I’m not afraid of the those things that come with aging, I’m really not.’
