Ice T, Coco Austin, and their daughter Chanel have embraced the Halloween season with captivating costumes inspired by Tim Burton’s popular animated movie, Coraline.

On Monday, October 27, Coco Austin, 46, took to Instagram to showcase a series of photos from Chanel’s school Halloween event, where the family sported their themed outfits.
Chanel, 9, embodied the adventurous spirit of Coraline with her outfit, complete with the character’s iconic yellow raincoat, matching boots, and striking blue hair. She even mimicked Coraline’s confident pose with her arms crossed.
Coco transformed into the eerie “Other Mother,” wearing a brown polka-dot dress, accessorized with button-eye sunglasses and a striking red lipstick.
Not to be left out, Ice T portrayed the “Other Father,” wearing an orange bathrobe and black pants, complemented by button eyes to complete the look.
“We dressed up as @timburton’s Coraline’s family for Chanel’s school Halloween party,” Austin explained in her post. “This the reason why back in August Chanel wanted to dye her hair blue because Coraline has blue hair.”

Over the summer, Coco shared on Instagram that she’d finally agreed to let her daughter experiment with the bold color.
“The many faces of Chanel,” she wrote at the time. “Had some fun with Chanel’s hair recently .. She’s been feeling the color blue lately.. So I finally gave in.. I asked her which is her favorite pic to post and she said all of them..lol.”
By the start of the new school year, Chanel’s look was complete. On her first day of fourth grade in September, Coco posted another set of photos showing her daughter beaming with blue-streaked hair and holding a handmade sign that read, “My First Day of 4th Grade!”
“First days of school are always sweet and bitter for me.. I hate to see her go but love to see her excited about school and to see her friends,” Austin wrote. “I hate to admit this but im [sic] jealous of school sometimes because they spend more time with her more than me during the year.”
The proud mom added, “But im proud of the little human she has become. Love my @babychanelnicole #firstdayofschool2025 #4thgrade.”
