Gillian McKeith left I’m A Celeb… South Africa viewers in hysterics after revealing the huge amount of contraband  smuggled into camp in her underwear – 13 years after after her first jungle offence.

The TV personality, 63, claimed not to understand the definition of the word ‘contraband’ before unpacking a whole host of kitchen essentials from her ‘spicy knickers’.

After previously admitting to bringing salt and pepper into camp, she later shared what else she had managed to sneak past producers.

Gillian left her campmates flabbergasted as she admitted to bringing in a herb shaker (hidden in a toilet roll tube), 5 bags of Japanese miso soup powder, cumin powder, celery and garlic powder, 8 herbal stock cubes, rock salt, a bag of herbal seasoning powder and several nettle tea bags.

And it wouldn’t be a first offence for Gillian, who became synonymous with her sneaky attempts to bring some seasoning into the camp back in 2010.

Known for it’s strict rules, the show has a host of items which celebrities are banned to take into camp each year, including their own clothes, make-up, salt and pepper, food and pillows.
