Bec Judd recently celebrated a significant milestone with her husband, Chris, by sharing a heartfelt tribute to mark their 15th wedding anniversary. The well-known AFL WAG, at 42 years old, took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a collection of cherished photos that chronicle their remarkable two-decade journey together.

Included in Bec’s touching tribute were images capturing Chris, also 42, in moments of tenderness with their four children: Oscar, 14, Billie, 11, and the nine-year-old twins, Tom and Darcy. The photos reflect both the joy and the lasting bond the family shares.

Among the snapshots, Bec also shared a few nostalgic throwbacks, notably from their 2010 New Year’s Eve wedding, which added a romantic flair to her post.

In her heartfelt caption, she expressed, “15 years married today and 22 years with you,” encapsulating the enduring love and partnership they’ve cultivated over the years.

Captioning the sweet post, Bec revealed that Chris was a tad shy when it came to such tributes, admitting that she would tell him face-to-face.

‘I’ve got so much more to say about my King of Kings but he’s not big on PDAs so I will tell him to his face when I am kissing it.’

Bec also took to her Instagram story to pay tribute to her beau and his sporting prowess.

She shared an image, also featured in the carousel, showing her congratulating an exhausted Chris following his 2006 AFL grand final win for the West Coast Eagles.    

‘We didn’t have iPhones back then and I literally only have a handful of pics of us together from 2003-2010,’ she wrote.

‘This was taken after the WCE 2006 Premiership win. I remember it was pure relief not elation as we had lost the previous year GF by less than a goal and won this game by only one point.’

Bec continued:  ‘The game was absolute torture. Chris popped his shoulder out in the third quarter and couldn’t tackle after that.

‘Sydney were coming back after we secured the early lead and we managed to cling onto the win…just.’

The post was met with a flurry of congratulations from friends and followers, including former WAG and fashion mogul Nadia Bartel.

Another follower summed up the sentiment of many with: ‘Ahhh – happy anniversary, lovers! The best team ever! Another great reason to celebrate tonight!’

It comes after Bec revealed, in August, that the couple almost didn’t make it to the aisle after a terrifying skydiving incident.

Appearing on SAFM’s Bernie & Emma G with Bel Sloane show, Bec said she and Chris went on an adventurous date early on in their relationship, when tragedy struck and she found herself plummeting through the sky.  

‘We secretly went and did a skydive together in Perth when he was playing for West Coast and my parachute didn’t open,’ she told hosts Bernie Vince and Bel Sloane.

Bec said that while Chris’ jump went off without a hitch, the mother-of-four almost saw her life flash before her eyes when things went horribly wrong on her attempt. ‘Juddy jumped out, felt the parachute and he’s all good. So, we’re strapped to someone, I jump out, we’re falling through the sky,’ she said.

‘My tandem guy pulled the parachute – the parachute opened and tore off. It ripped off and went flying through the sky, and we started falling to the ground again.’

She said Chris witnessed the shocking scene unfold, convinced it would end badly. 

‘Chris is watching, and we’d only been dating for a couple of months, and his tandem guy who he was strapped to went, ‘Oh, there goes your friend,” she recounted.

‘And we started dropping to the ground, and he went, ‘This is where it ends.” 

Bec said it was her skydiving partner’s quick thinking that ultimately saved her life.
