Who Is Fiona Belle On Selling The OC? Meet Season 4’s New Agent
Fiona Belle joins Selling The OC after transferring from the O Group’s San Francisco office, where she spent approximately a year alongside fellow newcomer Ashtyn. Filming at age 23, Fiona shared that her journey in real estate began at 21. Hailing from Orange County, Fiona remarked, “Jason reached out because the OC office is bustling with buyers migrating from LA. I launched my real estate career at 21, convinced that age doesn’t limit my potential in this field. My confidence is backed by my client relationships and proven success. I’m driven and dedicated to achieving my goals.”
Throughout the season, we see Fiona finding her footing in the OC real estate market and seeking guidance from Polly Brindle and Alex Hall, who she grows closer with after Ashtyn upsets them both. In Episode 3, Fiona confronts Ashtyn for comments said about her boyfriend of seven months that made Fiona uncomfortable. Ashtyn stands her ground and claims she wasn’t trying to start drama, but as the season progresses, so does the drama between Ashtyn, Alex, and Fiona.
The tension between the trio reached a climax in Episode 4, when Gio invited everyone on a group trip to Palm Springs and all hell broke loose during dinner. The three fought, a pregnant Ashtyn hyperventilated alone in her room, and Alex ultimately went to check on her and make amends. But the season ended on a sour note for the women after some baby shower and finale drama.
During a heart-to-heart with Alex Hall in Season 4, Fiona also revealed that she was in an abusive relationship for years and was in the middle of a divorce. When asked about Alex’s friendship and mentorship, Fiona told Decider via Zoom, “[It] meant a lot to me. Being a part of a different office and coming into the Orange County territory, I think she just helped me find my footing with everything. And not only stand my ground, but really go after that higher caliber of listings and really just believe in myself more.”
