Hollywood actor, Tim Allen reflects on his father’s demise, citing Erik Kirk’s speech at her husband Charlie Kirk’sCharlie Kirk’s memorial service.

As previously reported by GistReel, Charlie Kirk, a renowned conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, tragically passed away on September 10, 2025, after being fatally shot while delivering a speech at Utah Valley University.

Tim Allen Reflects On His Father’s Demise

In a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Tim Allen, who lost his father at a tender age, reflected on a comment made by Erika Kirk during Charlie Kirk’s memorial service.

According to him, he has struggled for over 60 years to forgive the individual who murdered his father.

When Erika Kirk spoke the words on the man who killed her husband: That man… that young man… I forgive him. That moment deeply affected me.  I have struggled for over 60 years to forgive the man who killed my Dad. 

I will say those words now as I type: “ I forgive the man who killed my father. Peace be with you all.
