JAIME King has been seen with her two sons for the first time since losing full custody to her ex-husband, Kyle Newman, photos exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun show.
Following the court’s decision to grant sole custody to Kyle, the Hart of Dixie actress has been ordered to complete a rehab program for drug and alcohol abuse.

Since the ruling in March that Jaime, 45, can only see her sons James Knight, 11, and Leo Thames, 9, under supervised visitation, the model has not been seen with her kids publicly.
However, Jaime was seen spending time with both of her kids this week in photos exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun.
Jaime took her boys to get Handel’s Ice Cream and Fresh Brothers Pizza in the suburbs of Los Angeles.
While the boys appeared to be in good spirits, running around the strip mall while enjoying their scoops of the sweet treat, Jaime appeared noticeably stressed.
The former runway model looked downcast during the outing – which also included a male companion.
At one point, Jaime appeared visibly upset as she walked down the sidewalk with a stern facial expression while clenching her milkshake.
Jaime kept it casual, wearing a baggy black-and-white tie-dye sweatshirt complete with loose jeans and Vans sneakers.
Her short auburn hair, a change from her typical blonde locks, was slicked back to highlight her makeup-free face.

It’s the first time Jaime has been seen with her sons since a judge awarded sole physical custody to her ex-husband, Kyle.
The order states that Jaime is only allowed to spend four hours a week with the kids – and all time spent with her sons must be supervised.
Jaime is permitted to spend two hours with them on Tuesdays from 4:30-6:30 pm and Thursdays from 3:15-5:15 pm.
However, she is also allowed to spend four hours with the children every other Sunday.
The court ruling came after Jaime failed to complete a series of programs she was court-ordered to partake in when the couple first filed for divorce in 2020.
According to court papers, Jaime failed to complete a 6-month drug/alcohol program that included weekly drug testing.
She also did not complete an ordered 12-step program, 26-week parenting program, individual counseling, or conjoint counseling with the children’s therapist.
‘HER WORLD IS SHATTERED’
After the ruling, Jaime is expected to complete the programs in the coming weeks as well as participate in weekly drug testing.
A source exclusively told The U.S. Sun that Jaime’s world is “shattered” by the decision of losing custody of sons James Knight, 11, and Leo Thames, 9.
“Now that the world knows, it’s made everything that much harder. It causes a wedge in personal and work relationships.
“She is taking it very hard to say the least. She has had demons she’s been battling for decades but her recent troubles have been exasperated by her family troubles, her career struggling and financial stress.
“And I’m sure things others don’t even know about, she can be very private about what she’s going through,” an insider claimed.

In addition to losing custody, The U.S. Sun also confirmed that Jaime was forced out of her $10,000-a-month rental property in the Hollywood Hills after months of missed payments.
Photos show Jaime’s personal items, such as a wooden daybed, mini trampoline and bulky pieces of furniture, that were put out on the sidewalk for trash pickup.
According to a source close to the family, Jaime was forced to “downsize” and “had to find somewhere cheaper.”
“She has been struggling with her finances for years now after some failed film ventures but the custody fight and having to fight all the accusations made against her in court drained her bank accounts.
“She moved into a smaller space just this month,” they alleged.
