Jeannie Mai certainly pulled out all the stops to celebrate her daughter Monaco’s fourth birthday in style. The television star, who co-parents Monaco with rapper Jeezy, recently organized a candy-themed extravaganza for her little one.

Mai took to Instagram to share a delightful video capturing the joyful atmosphere of the celebration. In the clip, a cheerful Monaco can be heard expressing her excitement over the festivities.

“Welcome to CocoLand. Guys, my mommy gave me the best party ever!! There were gummy bears and lollipops because I really love candy,” Monaco exclaimed with glee.

The young birthday girl also highlighted her favorite aspect of the event, saying, “My aunties, my uncles, and all my family friends,” adding, “It makes me so happy to see everybody.”

The birthday celebration comes after Mai opened up about a personal parenting moment involving her daughter earlier this year.

In a YouTube video, she said that while Monaco has known her as “Mommy” for nearly four years, she had never introduced herself beyond that role.

“I’ve known Monaco for almost 4 years and I’ve never introduced myself to her,” Mai said. “Obviously, she knows me as mommy, but she doesn’t know me. She doesn’t know Genie.”

Later, she told her daughter, “I’ve never introduced myself to you. So I want to take a moment to introduce the girl that I was before you and the woman that I’m becoming because of you.”

She then added, “Hi, I’m Genie.”
