This week’s installment of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test centered around the theme of trust. The recruits faced several questions: Who was least trusted among them? Could the staff rely on them to resist temptation and leave their snack stash untouched? Most crucially, could they depend on one another to collaborate effectively in a challenging diving task?

In the episode’s climactic test, participants were paired off to perform a synchronized “backward dive” from a towering scaffold. The objective was to fall backwards into the water simultaneously with their partner. Failure to synchronize meant failing the challenge.

Jessie James Decker and Christie Pearce Rampone were the first duo to attempt the dive. Just before their leap—which ended in dramatic belly flops—Rampone hesitated, waving her arms in distress, which prevented them from diving in sync. Emerging from the water, Jessie was seen with a bloody nose. Was the injury due to the impact? Or did Rampone inadvertently strike her? Jessie speculated to her husband, Eric Decker, “I feel like it broke,” pointing out that she “hit the bump” on her nose. Gia Giudice humorously referred to it as the “Italian bump,” and shared with Jessie that she had hers “shaved down.”

Jessie playfully suggested to her husband, “Maybe if I broke it, I’d have an excuse to get it fixed.”

So, is there a chance the singer sustained a broken nose? Read on to discover all the details.

Did Jessie James Decker Break Her Nose In Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test?

As of the end of Season 4, Episode 5, it doesn’t seem like Jessie actually broke her nose. While she was bleeding after the backward dive challenge, there was no mention of her seeing the on-site medic. Plus, she was present for the group punishment at the end of the episode. Therefore, we can safely assume that Jessie did not suffer from any medical emergency — though we know how these things can change with each passing episode. Here’s hoping she has a lot left in her!
