After getting out of the water, the star gingerly prepared to get into a small pool filled with ice.
Towards the end of her outing she was embraced by a female friend and they shared a laugh as Jodi put on some warmer clothes.

It comes after Jodi told Daily Mail Australia how she is committed to staying sober as she plans her big career comeback.
She said she had developed effective strategies for maintaining her physical and mental well-being.
When asked about her newfound sobriety, she said: ‘I feel really good. I take life as it comes and do everything I can to make sure I am doing the right things for my body and mind.’

Jodi, who is living life to the fullest after completing a 30-day recovery program at a Sydney clinic earlier this year, added ‘mental health is a big part of looking after myself today, as well as physical exercise’.
With her health and wellness back on track, Jodi is looking forward to some exciting new projects next year.
‘I just got an acting agent; I haven’t had one in years. I’m really excited to dip my toes into acting again,’ she said.
Jodi was previously married to former NRL star Braith Anasta between 2012 and 2015. The former couple are parents to eight-year-old daughter Aleeia.
