John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are the ultimate cheerleaders for their children. The duo are among those parents who enthusiastically clap, cheer a little louder, and make sure their kids always know that they are their biggest fans.

On a recent episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the “All of Me” singer shared with Clarkson that his two eldest children, Luna and Miles, “are taking vocal lessons” and that Luna, is also “in musical theater at school.

The 46-year-old went on to say that when it comes to school recitals and such for their eldest children, the couple like to “embarrass” their kids while attending their events. 

“What kind of parent are you when you go to their performances, are you like the embarrassing one?” Clarkson asked the Legend.

“Yeah, we like [to] embarrass her,” Legend teased.

“You know, Chrissy is going to make some noise and I make some noise and she’s like, ‘Dad, Mom!’ “

Clarkson, who has two children of her own, agreed that she is also an embarrassing parent, saying, “We’ve earned it.”

“Yes absolutely,” Legend replied. “And they need support. We’re supporting them.”

The Voice judge and his family currently reside in Los Angeles; however, in a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, Legend shared that he and his wife were thinking about possibly returning to the Big Apple where they previously lived. 

“Chrissy and I have always considered returning to New York, where we once lived. We probably will, once our youngest ones grow up a bit,” he told the outlet.

The father-of-four continued stating that the recent L.A. wildfires are playing a role in his consideration, saying that, “every time nature shows its wrath, we wonder if it’s time to head back east. Who knows?”

The 39-year-old Cravings Cookbook author and Legend share four children together. In addition to Luna and Miles, the couple are also parents to one-year-old’s, Esti Maxine and Wren Alexander.
