Kanye West has accused his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, of violating their custody agreement and putting their children in danger.

According to a cease and desist letter sent by West’s attorney to Kardashian’s legal team, the rapper outlines several complaints related to the former couple’s four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

The letter focuses on three key issues: child safety, social media use, and parental access.

One of the main issues raised by Kanye is an incident at the 2025 Met Gala, where he claims Kim left their 11-year-old daughter, North, alone in a car while she walked the red carpet.

He believes this put North at risk and violated their parenting arrangement.

West also says he has repeatedly asked Kim not to post North on TikTok, but claims she continues to share videos featuring their daughter.

He suggests Kim may be using the posts for personal or commercial gain and argues that this goes against their agreed-upon approach to parenting in the public eye.

Kanye and Kim finalized their divorce in 2021 after seven years of marriage. As part of their settlement, they share joint custody of their children, with Kanye paying $200,000 per month in child support.

In addition to the Met Gala claims, West says Kim has denied him “meaningful access” to the kids—something he believes violates their court-approved custody agreement. He alleges that he hasn’t seen Saint this year and has had “unreasonably restricted” contact with North, Chicago, and Psalm.

However, that particular claim has come under scrutiny. Photos surfaced earlier this year showing West with his three youngest children during a trip to Japan in January—suggesting that he did, in fact, spend time with them.

Sources close to Kardashian, however, push back. They tell TMZ that Kanye has made little effort to see the children this year and that Kim has not denied him access when he has asked.
