‘Bachelor in Paradise’ is winding down, with fewer couples competing, but according to recent spoilers, the drama is nowhere near over.
In a trailer for an upcoming episode of Bachelor in Paradise, Kat Izzo shrieks that her worst nightmare is coming true. While we don’t yet know what that statement is in reference to, some Bachelor in Paradise spoilers are emerging that don’t paint Izzo in the best light. Could her “worst nightmare” be the return of Sean McLaughlin, whom he rather brutally rebuffed? If it isn’t her worst nightmare, it’s probably a close second. The castoff apparently is pretty pissed.

‘Bachelor in Paradise’ spoilers indicate that Kat Izzo was hiding a big secret from the cast, and Sean McLaughlin exposed it
Bachelor in Paradise season 10 has had a few dramatic moments thus far, but apparently, the series is saving the biggest blowup for last. Reality Steve claims to have the tea about what goes down from here on out, and he claims Sean McLaughlin will be returning to drop a massive secret. The reality TV content creator claims that McLaughlin reveals that Izzo has a boyfriend back home, and only appeared on Bachelor in Paradise to further her career. In short, he claims she’s been playing Dale Moss this entire time.
Rumors even suggest the 29-year-old Tampa native snuck an iPad into the resort so she could send her beau messages of reassurance. Allyshia Gupta and Natalie Joy both alluded to the boyfriend rumor during a podcast appearance. Gupta claimed to have it on good authority that there was an ongoing romance for Izzo as she was leaving for Costa Rica.
For those not yet caught up, in his final episode of Bachelor in Paradise, McLaughlin learns that Izzo had been telling people she was not good friends with him. When he approached her about her denying their friendship, she was dismissive before walking off, claiming he was cursing her out. McLaughlin and his partner, Gupta, withdrew from the competition, although they would have been eliminated anyway.
Were Sean McLaughlin and Kat Izzo friends in real life?
Sean McLaughlin reportedly returned to paradise to blow up Izzo’s alleged dating scam, but had he previously been loyal to her? According to Allyshia Gupta, who paired up with McLaughlin during the show, he and Kat Izzo were close friends prior to Bachelor in Paradise season 10. The pair also appeared on season 9 together.
Gupta appeared on The Viall Files earlier this week to spill the tea on Izzo, and it’s clear there is no love lost between the Bachelor Nation alums. Gupta, who insists she would never befriend someone like Izzo, said that McLaughlin and Izzo spent time together outside of Bachelor Nation events, regularly hung out in Tampa, and even vacationed together before Izzo moved to California. She said McLaughlin was loyal and absolutely viewed Izzo as a dear friend before she betrayed him.
Gupta did not share where Izzo and McLaughlin stand now, but if the spoilers are any indication, they probably aren’t best friends at the moment. To be fair, we also don’t know if McLaughlin and Gupta are still dating. She was deliberately evasive when discussing the romance that blossomed on Bachelor in Paradise.
