Katy Perry might be moving on after her breakup with Orlando Bloom.
On Monday, the “Firework” singer enjoyed dinner with former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau in Montréal. The pair dined at Le Violon, according to TMZ, which also shared pictures of Perry, 40, and Trudeau, 53, as they enjoyed their meal at the high-end restaurant. Perry is currently on the Canadian leg of her Lifetimes world tour.
Neither Trudeau nor Perry has commented on their dinner date. But it’s possible the two are just friends. Le Violon’s co-executive chef and co-owner Danny Smiles told TMZ that he didn’t get romantic vibes when he spoke to them at the restaurant, where the politician and the pop star enjoyed a meal of lobster, tuna, lamb gnocchi, and beef tartare.
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom recently ended their nine-year engagement

In early July, Perry confirmed rumors that she’d split from her long-time fiancé Orlando Bloom. They share a 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove.
“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting,” representatives for the former couple said in a statement shared with People. “They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.”
Trudeau, who was prime minister of Canada from 2015 to 2025, separated from his wife Sophie in 2023 after 18 years together. They have three children.
