Keke Palmer might have decades of acting, singing, and hosting under her belt, but it looks like her 2-year-old son, Leodis “Leo” Jackson, is already learning how to work the camera as he steals the show with his adorable laugh and big personality.

The Nope star shared a video on Instagram that instantly had fans smiling. In the clip, Palmer sits in a chair after finishing glam while little Leo, dressed in a mini Gucci T-shirt, bright orange pants, and his signature braids, climbs into her lap ready for his moment.

What starts as a quiet photo session quickly turns into a comedy routine. Leo flashes a mischievous grin, then bursts into giggles so contagious that Palmer can’t keep a straight face. “Omg I think my baby is a performer yall! Hahahahahah!!! Yall see him putting on for the camera???” she wrote in the caption.

The toddler keeps the laughs coming with his now-iconic “ah, ha, ha, HA!,” kicking his feet as his mom doubles over laughing. Keke admits between chuckles, “I can’t stop laughing.”

But the moment wasn’t just about laughs, it was also about love. In her caption, the KeyTV founder turned the spotlight toward single mothers. “This is to all my mothers doing it on their own,” she wrote. “You are doing good. You are capable. Your baby does love you. Your sacrifices are accounted for. God is with you.”

Celebrities and fans alike flooded the comments. High School Musical alum Vanessa Hudgens left a simple “Too. Cute.” while followers couldn’t get over how much Leo looks like his famous mom.

One fan wrote, “Baby, it’s keke palmer jr!!”

Another said, “He has the same laugh as you ahahahahah.”

A third wrote, “Omg!!! He is the cutest thing ever!!! That laugh is infectious!”

The Disney alum shares her son with ex-partner Darius Jackson. The couple split from in 2023. That same year, she filed for custody of Leo, later telling audiences at the 2025 Essence Festival of Culture that motherhood continues to be her greatest role.

“Your child is your child because you were meant to be their parent,” she said during her keynote conversation.
