Keke Wyatt is reaching out to her supporters, asking for prayers after revealing that her youngest son, Ke’Zyah Jean Darring, has been in the hospital since Christmas.

This week, the singer posted a video on Instagram, showing her son resting in a hospital bed, aided by a breathing mask.

In her heartfelt caption, Wyatt opened up about the emotional and physical challenges of spending several weeks in the hospital with her child, who has trisomy 13.

“We’ve been here for a whole month, and I’m exhausted and ready to go home,” Wyatt expressed. “We’ve been in the hospital since Christmas Eve, spending Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and now it’s mid-January. I’m just so tired of seeing my baby in this condition. Please keep us in your prayers. I really tried to stay quiet this time, but we could truly use your prayers. Love you all.”

The post quickly garnered an outpouring of support, with fans and fellow celebrities leaving messages of encouragement and prayers in the comments section.

“Sending peace, comfort and healing in abundance to him and you,” one person wrote. Another added, “Lord Jesus please cover this baby with your love, grace and miraculous healing. Give Keke abundant strength to endure.”

Wyatt is a mother of eleven children. She welcomed Ke’Zyah in May 2022 with her ex husband, Zackariah Darring. The former couple also share a son, Ke’Riah, who was born in January 2020.

She also has three children with Rahmat Morton and four children with Michael Ford. During her marriage to Ford, she became a mother figure to his daughter Mickayla from a previous relationship. Darring also has a daughter, Takhia, from an earlier relationship, whom Wyatt has said she considers her own.

“I think I have an anointing on motherhood,” Wyatt said in a 2017 interview with The Christian Post. “I know it sounds funny, but I really think that it’s a gift of mine. It can be difficult, but when you love something and are passionate about it, it’s not really that hard.”
