Mark Consuelos finds himself at odds with Kelly Ripa regarding their Thanksgiving dinner schedule.
The former Riverdale star has initiated a lively discussion with his wife of nearly three decades about the ideal time to serve Thanksgiving dinner. Kelly, who enjoys a later feast, has firmly set the time for “6 p.m.”
“If that doesn’t suit you,” she humorously remarked to Mark on the November 26 episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, “feel free to grab a sandwich beforehand because dinner is happening at 6 p.m.”
Not quite satisfied, the 54-year-old Mark turned to the audience, who emphatically agreed with a round of applause when he questioned if the holiday meal should occur “earlier than six o’clock.”
Kelly’s reaction? “You must be out of your minds,” she joked, going on to explain that when they experimented with an earlier turkey carving, it resulted in her having to prepare two meals since no one wanted leftovers for dinner. “So now,” she concluded, “we dine at an appropriate dinner hour.”
