Kerry Katona showed off her incredible two stone weight loss in a plunging floral minidress as she posed for an Instagram video on Wednesday. 

The TV personality, 44, showed off her slim figure in the eye catching black and pink number as she danced around a hotel room.

The former Atomic Kitten star put on a leggy display as she elevated her frame in a pair of silver dazzling heels and wore a glamorous palette of makeup. 

Kerry previously put her weight loss down to her ‘stressful’ split from fiance Ryan Mahoney. 

It comes weeks after the reality star revealed  surgery plans for a breast reduction.

Kerry admitted she ‘trips over her nipples’ and needs the op for ‘health and safety’ reasons.

Taking to Instagram, she explained her decision, saying she was unhappy with how her body has changed following her recent two-stone weight loss.

Speaking after a home workout, Kerry said: ‘Good morning everybody. The muscles are building up, I’m getting there.

‘But I’m dead excited because today I’m off to Pall Mall [Cosmetics] for a consultation for my boobs.’

She joked: ‘Seriously, I lie down and I look like a nine-year-old boy. Take my bra off, I trip over my nipples.

‘It’s a health and safety issue! I walk around my house in a hard hat and a visibility jacket.

‘So I decided it’s got to be done just for my own health and safety, people. Pall Mall, I’ll see you later today guys.’ 

Kerry revealed she thinks splitting up with her Ryan was the best thing that could’ve happened to her. 

Kerry confirmed she and Ryan, 36, had split up last November and he moved out of the house they shared after six years together.

But time heals all wounds and now Kerry believes the breakup has done her the world of good.

The media personality recently been on a trip to Thailand where she experienced a ‘real spiritual awakening’.

Writing in her New magazine column, she wrote: ‘Splitting up with Ryan was the best thing to happen to me. 

‘I’m over that chapter of my life and when I think about him there is nothing romantic there any more.’

Kerry is focusing on work for the time being and is planning on creating a ‘relaxation package’ for a hotel in Thailand.

She added: ‘I’m now working on creating my own relaxation package here at The Beach Samui Hotel where people will be able to book a week-long holiday.’

Earlier this year Kerry insisted she was ‘not heartbroken anymore’ after realising Ryan ‘wasn’t the one’ for her.

She penned: ‘I’m feeling really good going into 2025 – it’s going to be a great year. I’m not heartbroken anymore and feel like I know that Ryan wasn’t the one for me.

‘I’m a single woman and am in the best relationship of my life, which is with myself. 

‘I know people do things like dry January and diets, but I don’t drink much anyway and like to work on myself every day, so I’m not into any of that.’
