Khloé Kardashian Says Daughter Wants Her to Have Another Baby

True Thompson is hoping to become a big sister again, and Khloé Kardashian says her daughter has been making that wish known.

During the Sept. 30 episode of Khloé in Wonder Land, Kardashian told guest Paige DeSorbo that 8-year-old True frequently asks for a sister.

“All True does—she wants a sister,” Khloé said.

The reality star, who shares True and son Tatum with Tristan Thompson, still has a female embryo frozen from the in vitro fertilization process she underwent with him.

“She’s on ice,” Khloé joked, before acknowledging that she has not decided what to do. “But I just don’t know.”

Kardashian previously discussed the possibility of using the embryo during a March episode of her podcast. Although she was uncertain about starting over with another baby, she said she had considered becoming a mother again on her own.

“I think I have one girl left, and I have been contemplating, like, do I just do this? Do it on my own?” she said. “But I don’t know if emotionally I could handle this.”

Ultimately, the choice belongs to Khloé. When Tristan joined her on Khloé in Wonder Land in May, the former couple confirmed that he had legally transferred control of their remaining embryos to her.

“You signed them over to me anyway, so I legally own them,” Khloé told him.

“Yes, you do,” Tristan replied.

Tristan later added, “No more kids unless it’s coming from Khloé’s embryos.”

If Khloé chooses to expand her family, she has indicated that she would probably pursue surrogacy again. Tatum was born via surrogate in July 2022, but Kardashian has described that experience as emotionally challenging.

The surrogate became pregnant shortly before Khloé learned that Tristan had fathered another child, Theo, with Maralee Nichols. Kardashian later said she emotionally withdrew during much of the pregnancy and struggled to connect fully with the process.

In March, however, Khloé said she believes a future surrogacy journey could feel very different.

“I would put the baby in a surrogate, and I think I would have a very different experience because I would be along for that surrogate journey, as opposed to all the trauma that surrounded Tatum’s surrogate experience,” she said.

Kardashian also recognizes that having a remaining embryo does not guarantee another pregnancy or child.

“When you put an embryo in, there’s no guarantee that it will take,” Khloé said. “So I also was thinking I could try that, and if it doesn’t work, then it means that God didn’t want me to have another baby, and that’s fine.”
