Khloé spoke on Call Her Daddy about how her sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, felt when she got back together with Thompson in 2018.

“I think the worst part of that experience was how much I let down my younger sister,” Khloé revealed. “‘Cause I remember they were like, ‘He’s gonna do this again. Don’t stay with him.’ I don’t know exactly what was said, but I just remember sort of the disappointment in them.”

“I’ve always felt how much I’ve disappointed them by staying and doing that again,” she continued. “I still feel really horrible about that because I’ve always been this big sister to them. Maybe the second one hurt more because I lived with it in for so much longer, and maybe I’ve had more shame with the second scandal because I sort of knew it was gonna happen again.”

Khloé added that she doesn’t believe “for a second” that Kylie or Kendall will admit their disappointment. “But I remember those faces,” she continued, “and it’s hard to forget something like that.”

Khloé Kardashian explained how comments from outsiders regarding the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal would get under her skin in the past.

“If it was any comment about me being weak, or like I can’t keep a man, or things like that that maybe I was already insecure about, I was like, that’s a trigger, but more so because I’m insecure about it,” Khloé revealed on the Call Her Daddy podcast. “If they said it to me on another day, it probably wouldn’t bother me.”

“There was a time that I was like, I can’t even go outside because I was so embarrassed to even look at people,” she continued. Thankfully, Khloé doesn’t feel like she’s in that headspace anymore. “It was obviously something that I had to process and go through and work on myself about.”

It wasn’t just Kylie and Kendall Jenner who might’ve felt disappointed by Khloé Kardashian’s rekindled romance with Tristan Thompson. A source close to the family told Us Weekly in 2018 that Kris Jenner, Kim, and Kourtney Kardashian “had concerns” over Thompson’s cheating.

“Khloé’s mom, Kris, and sisters Kim and Kourtney, all had concerns about her relationship with another basketball player, and now their fears appear to have serious merit,” the source explained. “Women are constantly throwing themselves at professional athletes, and it’s very easy to stray when teams are on the road. Kris never expressed her fears to Khloé because she felt it would cause nothing but drama and create tension.”
