Kim Kardashian’s children never fail to bring her back to reality. In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Season 7, Episode 8, aptly titled “Stay the F*** Away From Me,” Kim opens up about some candid and rather blunt feedback she’s received from her kids.

The episode kicks off with the SKIMS mogul at her rental home, waking up alongside her two youngest children, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6, who have joined her in bed.

“Every night, at least one or two of my kids end up in my bed. I never pictured myself as one of those moms who lets her kids sleep with her,” Kim admits during a confessional interview. She also shares North, 12, and Saint, 10, with her former husband, Kanye West. “I always thought I wouldn’t be that kind of mom, but here I am, and honestly, I don’t mind. They’re welcome to join me anytime they want.”

However, what Kim doesn’t allow is skipping school. Despite her whirlwind schedule, which recently included a trip to Paris for a robbery trial, wrapping up work on All’s Fair, attending the Met Gala, and celebrating her law school graduation, she still ensures her children are ready for school in their uniforms. Kim notes that nothing keeps her grounded quite like her kids, although her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, might come close.

“Everything I do is ultimately for my children, and they keep me grounded,” Kim explains. “Whenever I need a dose of reality or a humbling moment, I just head home.”

“One kid will be like, ‘You’re so lame, I can’t believe you don’t know what this word means!’ Or just like, ‘Oh, when are you gonna get a facelift like Lovey?’” she continues. “My kids will say crazy things and I’m just like, ‘Huh. OK.’”

Lovey, of course, is the name the Kar-Jenner grandkids have bestowed upon their grandmother, Kris Jenner, who had her second facelift earlier this year.

“I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” Jenner, 70, told Vogue Arabia in an August interview. “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”
