Kim Kardashian is revealing details about a startling health scare in the latest season of The Kardashians.

In a sneak peek for Season 7, which premiered today on Hulu, Kim is shown entering an MRI machine. Later, she confides in her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, that doctors have discovered “a little aneurysm” in her brain. The medical professionals attributed this alarming find to “just stress,” according to the SKIMS mogul.

The teaser highlights the immense pressure Kim is under, especially in her efforts to protect her four young children from the unpredictable actions of their father, Kanye West. In the trailer, Kim also breaks down over her bar exam, suggesting that much of her stress stems from her relationship with her ex-husband.

“People think I have the luxury of walking away,” Kim remarks. “I’m relieved it’s over, but my ex will always be part of my life because we share four kids together.”

Kim and Kanye, who tied the knot in 2014 and finalized their divorce in 2022, are parents to North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6.

A brain aneurysm isn’t the only health issue Kim has faced as a result of her marriage. In the premiere episode, she revealed that she hasn’t had a psoriasis outbreak since ending her relationship with Kanye. But in a flashback clip, Kim tells her mom, Kris Jenner, that the skin rash had started back up again because the “father of [her] children” was “acting up.”

Kim shared more about their tumultuous marriage, revealing that she felt like she had “Stockholm syndrome” because she “always felt really bad” and “always wanted to help” her ex-husband. Noting that she no longer feels that “responsibility” to save the rapper, Kim fired back at his false claims that she’s been keeping their children from seeing him.

“It’s very confusing because it’ll be all this talk on the internet of, ‘I’m keeping the kids.’ He’s never once called and asked,” she said, before adding, “It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping. We haven’t left. We’re in the same spot. We have the same address. He knows where his kids are at. What happened to the house you bought next door and we were gonna co-parent and do it back and forth, and you take them to school every day?”

According to Kim, it’s been getting harder to “hide” Kanye’s behavior from their kids now that they are getting older.

“They’re gonna know things. They’re gonna grow up. They’re gonna see,” she said. “So, my job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, they are protected.”

New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday on Hulu.
