Kim Kardashian is celebrating a milestone moment in her household, the kind that comes with a bit of sparkle and a lot of smiles.

Over the weekend, the SKIMS founder posted a series of photos on Instagram featuring her youngest children: Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6.

In the first image,, Kim poses with who proudly showed off a missing front tooth and another one ready to fall out.

 She followed up with a picture of Saint’s adult teeth starting to grow in. The post also included a throwback of him as a toddler wearing a gold Louis Vuitton grill and and a titanium version reminiscent of his dad Kanye West’s famous smile.

Other images in the gallery featured more smiles from Kardashian’s younger kids. Chicago showed off missing front teeth and Hello Kitty gems on her remaining ones. Psalm grinned with a full set of baby teeth in a cheerful close-up.

North, 12, wasn’t pictured in the post, but made her own statement in a 2024 TikTok clip where she wore a grill featuring diamonds on both her top and bottom teeth.

The final two slldes revealed a handwritten letter from Saint to the tooth fairy, where he politely asked for a Roblox gift. In response, he received a glitter-covered $2 bill, a personal note, and a Roblox gift card , all courtesy of the magical visitor.

“The tooth fairy has been good to us 🦷🧚💸💎,” Kardashian wrote in the caption.

Fans quickly chimed in with reactions. “I’m 33 and still remember how special my parents made my tooth fairy experience,” one follower commented. Another added, “The fact that she gave a $2 bill and not $200 makes me so happy.”

“You know that’s a $500 gift card lol,” someone joked, while another asked, “Since when does the tooth fairy leave LV tooth jewels?”
