Draped in a silk slip dress with elegant lace trim and an oversized beige fur coat, she complemented the vintage-inspired look with a newly debuted flicked bob and over 250 carats of Lorraine Schwartz diamonds. And her look included iconic earrings once owned by Elizabeth Taylor. Unfortunately, Kardashian is being made fun of for a funny blunder involving her phone. Here’s what fans noticed.

As a longtime Balenciaga ambassador, Kim Kardashian’s appearance carried emotional weight. She paid homage to Taylor’s legendary style and celebrated the end of an era in Demna’s glamorous chapter of the fashion house. Her runway walk — complete with Hollywood-curled hair and historic jewels — was met with mixed reviews. Some thought Kardashian fit right in and captivated the fashion world, reaffirming her position as a boundary-pushing style icon. However, others thought her walk looked bland and off, resembling that of a drunk person walking around.
While Kardashian’s walk garnered attention, so did her phone background. A photo shows Kardashian arriving at the Balenciaga show with her phone in her hand. The background of her phone faced outward. Photos showed how Kardashian appeared to be Googling herself, as her background showed an image of herself in the same all-pink outfit she wore the day before.
Fans suspect the Google image was intentional. With all eyes on Kardashian, she might’ve wanted the public to discuss her eye-popping look.
“She really wants us to see that phone,” one fan commented on Reddit with the eye-rolling emoji.
“This was definitely done on purpose to get people to Google the look,” another fan wrote. “They don’t just walk around phone screen unlocked and turned outward.”
