Kim Porter’s kids honored her legacy with emotional tributes on Mother’s Day, remembering the late model who passed away on November 15, 2018, at age 47 due to lobar pneumonia.

Leading the tributes were Porter’s 18-year-old twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, who shared a touching message to Instagram, expressing how much they miss their mom.

“Dear mommy, You were the best mommy anyone could’ve ever had and we are so blessed that god chose you to be our mommy. We miss you so very much every single day and we wish you could be here with us today. These last couple years have been sooooo extremely difficult without you by our side. We really wish you were here for these years that we begin to grow and start to mature into young ladies. We are going to follow in your footsteps and always make you proud. I hope you are up there celebrating this beautiful day with your mommy and grandma we miss you all so much!!! Happy Mothers Day to our Queen.”

Christian Combs, 27, also paid tribute to Porter, sharing how her presence continues to guide him.

Quincy Brown, 33, Porter’s son from a previous relationship who was raised by Sean “Diddy” Combs, reflected on his mother’s spirit and strength.

Porter shared Christian, Jessie, Quincy and D’Lila with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is a father of seven. He also shares daughter Chance, 19, with Sarah Chapman; son Justin, 30, with stylist Misa Hylton; and Love Combs with Dana Tran.
