Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann are getting honest about the various cosmetic procedures they’ve decided to undergo.

During the Wednesday, July 9, episode of Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind, the mother-daughter duo explained why they wanted to be part of E!’s new reality show.

“I’m here because I’m unhappy with my under eye filler,” Brielle, 28, shared with host Michelle Visage. “I’ve gone through so much with this face.”

Kim, 47, added, “I’m here because I’m going through a divorce and I’ve had some weight loss and I’m a small-frame person. The 10 pounds have definitely created some loose skin.”

Without hesitating, the former Don’t Be Tardy stars revealed the procedures they’ve had throughout the years.

“I’ve done my lips countless number of times,” Brielle shared, “Botox, whole new jaw, which basically gave me a whole new face. I’m hopeful for a better, softer, more natural look.”

As for Kim, she admitted to having a “mommy makeover” — including a tummy tuck and breast lift — in 2014.

“I’ve done my boobs a few times,” she continued. “Then I had a tummy tuck. I did have filler in my lip. I do Botox all the time. I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans so I did a mommy makeover. Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go.”

Later on in the show, Kim and Brielle met with Dr. Terry Dubrow separately to share more about their plastic surgery journey.

When Brielle admitted to getting lip filler as soon as she turned 18, Terry, 66, expressed his concerns about starting injections at a young age.

“Doctors who do filler on young people really should think twice because at the end of the day, filler can actually make a young person look significantly older,” he said in a confessional.

Brielle explained that she grew up with a mom who was frequently going to doctors’ appointments for various cosmetic procedures. As a result, she sometimes didn’t see what the big deal was about getting enhancements done.

With guidance from Terry and colleague Dr. Spirit, Brielle was ready to see what lessons she could learn from the show.

“I grew up on TV since I was 10 years old,” she said. “My mom was always going to get Botox and lip filler and watching my mom go through this just made it seem normal.”
