Kylie Kelce is calling a timeout on unsolicited parenting tips.
The 34-year-old mother and wife of NFL star Jason Kelce recently opened up about the challenges of parenting in the spotlight during a conversation with fellow sports spouse Allison Kucharczyk. She shared her frustration over the “unsolicited advice” she often receives when out with her four children.
“You know, when you’re out with your kids and someone comments, ‘They should be wearing a hat,'” Kylie recounted on the March 29 episode of the Sunday Sports Club podcast. She humorously added, “I’m thinking, ‘Maybe you should mind your own business.'”
Kylie emphasized, “No one asked for your input.”
As the proud mom of Wyatt (6), Elliotte (5), Bennett (3), and Finn (12 months), Kylie isn’t shy about standing up to critics who try to offer unsolicited parenting advice.
“You don’t need this heat,” she continued. “Stay out of my kitchen. I’m good.”
For the field hockey coach, any out of pocket critique warrants a reaction.
“Sometimes I just have this underlying anger when people want to give me advice,” she admitted. “The most comments that are unwelcome advice end up with me feeling like, ‘Mm, I could fix this really quick with a punch in the face.’”
