Jason and Kylie Kelce have always been a down-to-earth couple, but they seemingly skyrocketed to fame after Taylor Swift began dating Jason’s younger brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Of course, Kylie and Jason had plenty of fans prior to Swift joining the family dynamic, but now, the whole world sees how laid-back and cool the two are.

Kylie, who hosts her own podcast called “Not Gonna Lie,” recently welcomed her fourth child with Jason — a daughter named Finley Anne. And just a few days later, she was back on air sharing her experience so-far with the newest member of the family. But she also shared the one piece of advice she called “dumb” that she always gets from friends and family.

This one’s for the girls! Kyle and Jason are girl moms through and through, having welcomed daughter no. 4 Finley Anne on March 30. But by April 3, a new episode of Kylie’s podcast was out, which she called the “postpartum special.” In it, she talked all things related to the new baby, including Jason in the delivery room.

“He’s a very well-versed support person,” Kylie said of her husband. “He does a great job getting water and ice. He checks in with me on a regular basis … [He] was very, very helpful. But he also nailed the cutting the cord.”

Beyond praising her husband, Kelce also talked about the advice she has received through the years. At this point, she knows what it’s like to have a newborn, but it never stops people from giving her advice. “Don’t — and I cannot stress this enough — do not tell her to sleep while the baby’s sleeping,” Kylie said of giving advice to mothers with newborns. “That is f****** absurd.” Kylie called the motherhood tip “a dumb piece of advice.”

Jason and Kylie are no stranger to picking out baby girl names. The couple shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2, in addition to Finnley. And Kylie revealed how they landed on Finnley for baby no. 4.

“The name Finn was not one of the names that we were discussing with other people, but came back around because it was a serious contender for Elliotte’s name,” Kylie said on her podcast. “Considering we had to name four children with the same gender, we had to run it back to the archives, borrow one from a different child and that’s what we did.”
