So, what’s next for Landman? Paramount+ has renewed the hit drama for a third season, but Season 3 will not follow the November release pattern established by the first two installments. Production is now underway, raising the obvious question: When will new episodes of Landman arrive on Paramount+?

Is There a New Episode of Landman This Week (November 7)?
No. There is no new episode this week. The Season 2 finale of Landman aired on January 18, 2026.
Has Landman Been Renewed For Season 3?
Yes. Landman ranks among Paramount+’s most successful original series, so its renewal came as little surprise. Paramount+ officially picked up the show for Season 3 in December 2025.
Why Is Season 3 of Landman Delayed?
The delay has understandably left fans confused. The first two seasons premiered in November 2024 and November 2025, respectively, leading many viewers to wonder why Season 3 has yet to arrive.
Unfortunately, the third season will not debut on the same timetable. Production was pushed back, with filming in Fort Worth, Texas, not beginning until October. No official explanation has been given for the delay, although Taylor Sheridan’s demanding schedule may have played a role.

When Will Season 3 of Landman Come Out on Paramount+?
Fans will have to wait a while longer. If production continues into early 2027 as expected, Season 3 of Landman will most likely premiere on Paramount+ sometime in the middle or latter part of 2027.

Both Season 1 and Season 2 of Landman are currently streaming on Paramount+.
Paramount+ has two subscription tiers: Essential and Premium. At present, new subscribers can begin a Premium membership with a seven-day free trial.
The ad-supported Essential plan generally costs $8.99 per month. The ad-free Premium plan is priced at $13.99 per month and includes Showtime programming as well as live CBS.
Paramount+ does not directly provide a free trial, but viewers can try the service by adding it to an existing Prime Video or Hulu account for an additional $13.99 per month. Paramount+ is also available through YouTube, where a free trial is offered.
Landman Season 3 Casting Update:
Season 3 has added Lioness standout Michael Kelly, who will play a “titan of industry who leads the largest oil management firm in the world.” The series has also promoted Colm Feore (Nathan), Mustafa Speaks (Boss), Bobbi Salvor Menuez (Paigyn Meester), and Francesca Xuereb (Cheyenne) to series regulars.
