Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the most famous actors on the planet. He’s been in the spotlight since he was a child and has been adored for years by many of his longtime fans. But the tides might be turning on DiCaprio as some have grown tired of his behavior and attitude whenever he’s seen out and about.

Like most Hollywood celebs, DiCaprio values and tries to protect his privacy. However, there are ways to get that across without being completely dismissive to your dedicated fans all the time.

If there’s an argument that he acts that way just when paparazzi is around that’s one thing, but the film star has been spotted ignoring fans who hope for any kind of acknowledgement such as a wave or smile from him when there is no press around.

DiCaprio gets booed again by fans in Paris

DiCaprio was in Paris for Fashion Week from March 3, 2025 to March 11, 2025. But as he headed from one event to another, he did his best to disregard fans gathered to see him.

The Academy Award winner wore dark clothing, a mask over his face, and a black baseball cap to try and conceal himself as much as possible as he practically sprinted from an SUV into the venue. His refusal to even look up and hide is why he was met with boos as he hurried by the crowd.

Several video clips of the moment were shared online and many called the actor “arrogant” for the way he has behaved towards his fans time and time again.

This wasn’t the first time DiCaprio was booed in the City of Lights. Back in October 2024, fans let him know how they felt and he was even heckled about his relationship with disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. Of course, in true Leo fashion he never acknowledged that anyone was around and hopped into a waiting vehicle.

As commentator and To Di For Daily podcast host Kinsey Schofield pointed out, “DiCaprio is one of the few celebrities who have actually tried to distance himself from the allegations (against Diddy). A source close to Leonardo said that he hasn’t had anything to do with Diddy for years. The last known photo of them together is from 2019.”

The Wolf of Wall Street star was also under fire in November 2024 when the staff at the hotel he was staying at in Nadi, Fiji put on a traditional farewell performance for him as he departed.

However, when DiCaprio walked by he got on his phone as if he was taking a call and completely ignored them.

Commenters on the videos called him “disrespectful” as that act was seen as snub to the local culture in the country that he was visiting. DiCaprio was staying at the hotel with his current girlfriend, supermodel Vittoria Ceretti.
