Lexi Wood is honoring the memory and kindness of Presley Gerber.
The Summer House alum, who was romantically involved with the model in 2022, shared an emotional tribute following his devastating death.
“It’s hard to put into words what it means to lose someone who was such a meaningful part of my life for so many years,” Lexi wrote in an Instagram caption accompanying several photos with Presley on Sept. 22. “Through every chapter and every version of our relationship, friendship was always at the core of it.”
Presley, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber and the older brother of Kaia Gerber, was found dead in what authorities suspect was an overdose on Sept. 20, the Santa Monica Police Department confirmed to E! News. He was 27.

Lexi remembered Presley as a deeply compassionate person who was generous with his love. “Everyone who loved Presley and was loved by him knows he was one of the kindest, most open, loving and courageous people,” she wrote. “He loved so deeply, so purely, was incredibly romantic and thoughtful.”
The 28-year-old also highlighted Presley’s strength and his openness about the mental health challenges he faced.
“He fought so hard for his life and he was brave enough to be open about that fight,” Lexi continued. “More than anything, he wanted to use his story to help other people, and he did.”
