Madonna turned heads in New York on Thursday, stepping out with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Akeem Morris, looking effortlessly youthful and radiant. 

The 66-year-old Queen of Pop, who often shares heavily filtered Instagram snaps, proved she doesn’t need digital touch-ups to exude star power.

Dressed in an all-black ensemble punctuated by a crisp white silk scarf, Madonna paired her sleek look with a Dolce & Gabbana handbag, effortlessly blending classic glamour with modern edge. 

Keeping close by her side was Morris, the soccer coach who, at 28, is the same age as her eldest daughter Lourdes Leon.

The May-December duo arrived together before heading to an exclusive Big Apple event, with Madonna maintaining an air of mystery behind dark designer shades.

Even so, her smooth, line-free complexion was on full display, sparking conversation about her ageless appearance beyond the Instagram filters.

In 2016, the Daily Mirror reported the star had undergone $322 (£250) a go redermalization mesotherapy sessions to banish wrinkles and veins on her hands.

This comes after the star showed off an ageless glow as she hosted her high-profile Oscars party after the 2025 Academy Awards earlier this month.

The party featured a bevy of stars looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger Vanity Fair Oscar Party and other majors afterparties hosted by individual studios.

The icon’s shindig was attended by a bevy of A-listers, including the Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, who grinned ear-to-ear for a photo with the hostess. 

‘Throwing an Oscar party every year with my manager is challenging, stressful and time-consuming. But we always pull it off in the end,’ Madonna wrote in her caption. ‘I got to spend time with people that I love and admire!!’

Her night out comes on the heels of exciting news—Madonna is back in the studio, working on a long-awaited follow-up to Confessions on a Dance Floor, the 2005 album that cemented her reign over the dance music world. 

‘I can’t wait to share it with you!’ she wrote on February 13.

It seems Madonna is wasting no time getting back to work after wrapping up her Celebration Tour in May.

Akeem, a former college soccer player, first met Madonna in August 2022, though their romance was not confirmed until nearly two years later.

Madonna made their relationship public on Instagram this past July when she posted photos of them cuddling up to one another on social media.

They reportedly went their separate ways in October 2024, but are said to have reconciled just weeks after they broke up. 

Madonna’s first marriage was to Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989.

Although they had an infamously tempestuous romance, they have become friends since.

She was then married to Sherlock Holmes director Guy Ritchie from 2000 until 2008, during which time they welcomed Rocco and David Banda.

Madonna allegedly lost at least $76 million in her divorce from Guy, her spokeswoman said at the time – an amount including the value of their country house in England and the West London pub they previously co-owned. 

In a YouTube Q&A two years ago, Madonna was asked a decision she made that were ‘maybe’ not ‘the best idea,’ and she replied by citing ‘both’ marriages.

Meanwhile, Guy described his marriage to Madonna by saying he ‘stepped into a soap opera, and I lived in it for quite a long period of my life,’ to Details in 2011.

‘It’s definitely not something I regret. The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids that came out of it,’ added the filmmaker. 

Madonna welcomed her daughter Lourdes with fitness trainer Carlos Leon, and then her son Rocco Ritchie, 24, with her ex-husband Guy. 

Madonna has also adopted four children from Malawi – son David Banda, 19, daughter Mercy James, 18, and twin daughters Stella and Estere, 12.
