From the face of Bravo, to the face of the Big Apple? If anyone could do it, Andy Cohen could.

The Watch What Happens Live host sat down with Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on Live with Kelly and Mark on Monday, where Consuelos brought up that Cohen “recently moved into a new family home.”

Cohen confirmed, “I did, yes. Two blocks from my old place. Same neighborhood.”

Ripa noted that while she has yet to visit Cohen’s new digs, her husband has.

“It looks gorgeous,” she added.

Cohen agreed that “it’s really great” and that he has “great outdoor space,” which he said was “the reason for the move.” However, he did mention one initial qualm with his new residence.

“I have a note for the W Hoboken,” he teased of the hotel located “across the river” from his apartment.

Cohen explained that “there is a big W on top of it” which is “blindingly bright.”

“So I have been on a campaign via my Instagram stories to get them to dim it a wee bit,” he continued. “You know what? They listened! It has been softer. This is public advocacy at work.”

Ripa asked, “Are you sure you didn’t just get used to it?”

Consuelos backed up Cohen’s story, telling him, “They reached out and told you they turned it down, right?”

Cohen shared, “Well, I saw it with my eyes. And I did get a [note]. They were like, ‘We are dimming it.’ And guess what? My neighbors are thanking me in the building. They’re like, ‘Thank you!’ It worked!”

Consuelos quipped, “Can I say, this is the first step— your entree, as it were—to becoming the mayor of New York City?”

The Radio Andy host echoed, “Andy Cohen for mayor! Yes! I agree.”

Consuelos exclaimed, “Disco balls, everywhere!”

As for what his platform would be, Cohen offered up, “Dimmers.”

“We’re gonna put the brightest buildings on dimmers. That’s how we’re gonna start,” he said.

Ripa chimed in, “Yes, like a softer-lit New York.”

After the Live co-hosts expressed their support of his ideas, Cohen asked, “I assume I have your vote?”

Both Ripa and Consuelos told Cohen that “of course” he has their endorsement.

“And it’s energy efficient,” Ripa added.

Live with Kelly and Mark airs on weekdays. Check out their website for your local listings.
