The cast of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4 is rapidly shrinking. In the latest episode of the popular FOX show, two additional participants had to exit the competition due to medical reasons.

It seems this season has seen an unusually high number of celebrities being sent home on medical grounds. Earlier, Jussie Smollett departed in Episode 3 due to a lung infection, and Eric Decker followed last week because of a hip injury. Now, two more contestants have had to leave sooner than expected, and we are only at Episode 7! For comparison, Season 3 saw five medical withdrawals in total, while Season 2 had just one.

Curious to know who left the show tonight and who remains? Here’s a rundown of the latest developments.

Who Quit Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test In Episode 7 (11/6)?

Despite her determination to continue, Christie Pearce Rampone was forced to leave at the beginning of tonight’s episode due to a chest infection, reminiscent of the one that previously sidelined actor Smollett.

Shortly thereafter, Mark Estes was also withdrawn by medical staff due to his swollen and blistered ear, which he sustained during the previous day’s murderball task. The medic warned that Estes needed immediate attention from an ENT specialist to prevent potential “long-term disfigurement.”

Who’s Left in Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test?

Gia Giudice, Shawn Johnson East, Andrew East, Kody Brown, Brianna LaPaglia, and Randall Cobb are still in the game.
