Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball has been showing off his changing looks. 

In a new selfie posted to Instagram this weekend, the 29-year-old flaunted his muscular frame and chiseled face. 

The former reality star shot the camera a sultry look, as he posed in a work shirt open to show off his multitude of tattoos.

Sam sported a full beard and had on a cap as well as a pair of sunglasses nestled atop it. 

He explained that he’s become a tradesman and taken up some building work.  

Sam wrote in the caption alongside the image: ‘Should be blowing the froth off a few instead of playing builder for the day’.

Ball, who famously broke Lizzie Sobinoff heart on the reality show in 2015, has lately been showing off his new look.

The army recruit was public enemy No. 1 during MAFS’ sixth season when he body-shamed his ‘wife’ Lizzie Sobinoff on their wedding day. 

Last year, he revealed his pride at being accepted into the Royal Australian Regiment.

‘Every time I put on this uniform I can’t help but be proud of who I am and what it represents to me,’ he wrote.

Ball graduated from the Kapooka Army Recruit Training program in Canberra.

He received the Most Outstanding Soldier award upon completing the course, according to a post on the Army Recruit Training Centre – Kapooka Facebook page.
