Mickey Rourke has been issued an official warning after he made “homophobic” remarks toward Jojo Siwa on Celebrity Big Brother. The actor is being reprimanded for a conversation he had with the Dance Moms star on the British reality show that could get him expelled from the series.

Rourke asks Siwa if she likes “boys or girls” in an episode that is set to air on ITV this evening, Deadline reports.

When Siwa replies, “Me? Girls. My partner is non-binary.” Rourke tells her, “If I stay longer than four days, you won’t be gay anymore,” which prompts Siwa to hit back, “I can guarantee I’ll still be gay and I’ll still be in a very happy relationship.”

But the moment doesn’t end there — Rourke continues his attack on Siwa when he says, “I’m going to vote the lesbian out real quick,” while speaking with housemate Chris Hughes, per Deadline. Siwa, who overhears the remark, chastises Rourke, saying, “That’s homophobic, if that was your reasoning.”

Rourke then says, “I need a f*g,” while gesturing at Siwa and telling her, “I’m not talking to you,” and claiming he’s instead “talking about a cigarette.”

All of this gets Rourke summoned to the show’s Diary Room, where he’s given his official warning: “Big Brother thinks your language was offensive and unacceptable,” Big Brother tells him, per Deadline. “As a result, Big Brother is giving you a formal warning. Further language or behavior of this nature could lead to you being removed from the Big Brother house.”

Rourke apologizes and says he was “just talking smack” and didn’t have “dishonorable intentions” with her comments about Siwa’s sexuality.

He also issues an apology to the dancer herself, telling Siwa, “I’ve got a habit of having a short fuse. And I don’t mean nothing by it. I do mean [sorry]. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t say it to you.”

Rourke already caused a stir on the show when he was accused of “ogling” and “grabbing” Celebrity Big Brother presenter AJ Odudu when he first entered the house, per TMZ. Some fans are now calling for him to be pulled from the show over his behavior.

“He should be removed for this. It’s Disturbing, particularly after how he was with AJ, too,” one user wrote on X.
