Mike Epps and Kyra Epps are expecting their third child together.

Kyra shared the news on Instagram this week, posting a series of maternity photos that showed off her baby bump.

Alongside the images, she wrote, “Being a mother has been one of my greatest gifts. Another beautiful love story.”

The announcement was met with a flood of congratulatory messages from fans and friends.

Actress Kim Fields wrote, “Congrats again Beauty!!! so thrilled for you all.”

One fan joked, “Mike Epps don’t gaf about being 50 still having kids!  congrats!”

Another commented, “Congratulations omg you guys make beautiful babies.”

Mike and Kyra, who tied the knot in 2019, are already parents to daughter Indiana and son Michael Jr.

Indiana Rose celebrated her fifth birthday in March, and her parents threw her a pink-themed party to mark the occasion. Michael Jr. was born on September 22, 2021.

At the time, Kyra posted in a now-deleted message, “Son, we prayed for you!!! You have officially rocked our world, Mama loves you so much.”

In addition to the children he shares with Kyra, Mike has five older children from previous relationships. His oldest, Bria, was born in 1993, followed by Makayla in 1999. He shares Moriah (born in 2005) and Madison (born in 2007) with his ex-wife Mechelle McCain. He also has a daughter named River, born in 2007.

In a 2024 appearance on the All the Smoke podcast, Mike reflected on the timing of his only son’s birth, which coincided with the loss of his mother.

“I had a son on the day my mother died,” he said. “He look just like my mama, man, I swear. That’s how I know God is real. Gave me a son! My mother gave me a son walking out the door, man!”
