Week 4 of the NFL season concludes with a Monday Night Football doubleheader. Game 1 is a battle between AFC East squads as the Miami Dolphins host the New York Jets, and the night concludes with the Cincinnati Bengals going on the road to battle the Denver Broncos.

I’d say somebody has to win tonight’s matchup against winless teams, but last night’s Sunday Night Football game ended in a 40-40 tie. Both the Fins and Jets are 0-3 and in desperate need of a victory. If the ball bounced just a little differently, New York could be 2-1. The team lost two of their three games by two points, so their 0-3 record is a little misleading.

Tonight’s second game features the 1-2 Broncos taking on the 2-1 Bengals. If not for a rarely called “leverage penalty,” Denver would be 2-1. Despite the records, Sean Payton’s squad is currently favored by 7.5 points. The Bengals will once again be without quarterback Joe Burrow as they try to rebound from last week’s 48-10 blowout loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
