New Movies & Shows To Stream This Weekend: Frankenstein, Pluribus, All Her Fault + More
After its limited run in theaters, Guillermo del Toro’s version of Frankenstein is making its grand entrance on Netflix this Friday. That same day, viewers can dive into Vince Gilligan’s mysterious new sci-fi series, Pluribus, set in New Mexico and centered around Rhea Seehorn’s character tasked with saving the world. Meanwhile, over on Peacock, catch Sarah Snook in the gripping thriller All Her Fault, where she portrays a mother on a frantic search for her missing child.
New on Netflix November 7: Frankenstein
Guillermo del Toro, an Oscar-winning director, brings his unique vision to Mary Shelley’s classic tale in Netflix’s latest adaptation of Frankenstein. Jacob Elordi stars as the Creature brought back to life, with Oscar Isaac playing the role of Dr. Victor Frankenstein, the scientist behind the resurrection. Felix Kammerer appears as Victor’s younger brother, William, while Mia Goth takes on the role of Elizabeth, Victor’s fiancée, who becomes the object of the Creature’s affection.
Pluribus, crafted by Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan, introduces a dystopian world where Rhea Seehorn’s character, Carol, stands alone as the sole individual resistant to a “happiness” virus sweeping the globe. The series kicks off with its first two episodes on Friday, with new episodes dropping every subsequent Friday until December 26. Excitingly, a second season is already in the works.
