When does ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ Season 4 premiere? 

The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 premieres Thursday, February 5 on Netflix. There will be 10 episodes. 

Is the next season of ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ based on a book?

The Lincoln Lawyer is based on a series of books by author Michael Connelly. The first season was based on The Brass Verdict. Season 2 is based on The Fifth Witness. Season 3 was inspired by The Gods of Guilt. The upcoming fourth season will be based on The Law of Innocence. 

What can we expect from ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ Season 4?

The Lincoln Lawyer’s third season ended on a major cliffhanger. After a dramatic finale that saw a witness die by suicide on the stand after Mickey (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) questioned him, Mickey realized he was in serious need of a little R&R. But his vacation plans were cut short when cops pulled him over for driving without a plate. When they noticed blood on the bumper of his signature Lincoln Continental, they asked him to pop the trunk. Inside, they found the body of con man (and Mickey’s former client) Sam Scales.

The fallout from that gruesome discovery will play out in the show’s fourth season. 

“Well, the biggest cliff-hanger of all is ‘What is going to happen to Mickey?’ and that one certainly plays out across the whole season in the form of his trial,” co-executive producer and co-showrunner Ted Humphrey told Netflix’s Tudum. 

“This is going to be the biggest and most personal challenge Mickey has ever faced, and also the biggest roller coaster we’ve yet taken our audience on,” he added.  

Who is in ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ S4 cast?

All the key cast members will be back for season 4. In addition to Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey, we’ll see Becki Newton as Lorna, Jazz Raycole as Izzy, and Angus Sampson as Cisco. Neve Campbell will also appear as Mickey’s ex-wife Maggie McPherson in every episode of the new season. Elliott Gould is also back as David “Legal” Siegel and Krista Warner returns as Mickey and Maggie’s daughter Hayley.

New cast members including Constance Zimmer as prosecutor Dana Berg, Sasha Alexander as FBI Agent Dawn Ruth, and Jason Butler Harner as Detective Drucke. Emmanuelle Chriqui plays Jeanine Ferrigno, the girlfriend to a local gangster, and Jason O’Mara plays Maggie’s new doctor boyfriend Jack Gilroy.

RHOBH star Kyle Richards has also joined the cast as Celeste Baker, a Beverly Hills woman looking to hire Lorna as a divorce attorney. Scott Lawrence plays Judge Stone and Cobie Smulders will appear as an yet-to-be disclosed character.
