Nancy Guthrie’s Health Concerns Highlighted, Urgent Medication Requirement Stressed
As the search for Nancy Guthrie intensifies, officials have highlighted the critical need for her daily medication, which she currently lacks access to, crucial for her survival.
“We are dealing with an 84-year-old woman who faces significant physical challenges and urgently requires medication,” stated Nanos during the press conference on February 2. “Without her medication, the situation could become life-threatening within 24 hours.”
Nanos appealed to the public, saying, “We urge anyone with information—if you’ve seen or heard anything—to reach out. Dial 911. We want to avoid another tragedy; we need your assistance.”
Despite the physical limitations Nancy has faced, Nanos reassured that her mental faculties remain sharp.
“Nancy Guthrie is of a great sound mind,” Nanos explained. “This is not dementia-related. She is as sharp as a tack. The family wants everybody to know this isn’t somebody who just wandered off. Her physical limits are based on just age.”
As the investigation into Nancy’s disappearance continues, Nanos shared his hopes for Nancy’s safe return.
“I hope we find her safe and sound,” he emphasized, “but we cannot ignore what’s in front of us.”
