BROOKLYN Beckham’s wife Nicola Peltz is to be grilled by lawyers amid a devastating family feud.

The actress, 30, will reportedly provide evidence in a deposition in connection with a lawsuit she brought for the death of her dog Nala.

The couple’s beloved Chihuahua fell ill and passed away after a trip to the groomers last year.

Nicola would then file a lawsuit against Houndspa in the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Westchester County.

Per court documents seen by InTouch Weekly, a judge has called for the actress’ presence before October 30.

The lawsuit placed blame against dog groomer Jony Ceballos – whom, according to TMZ, Nicola alleged has a history of “intentional and malicious abuse of dogs.”

The star further alleged how Nala was left injured and in severe physical distress following a routine grooming in Houndspa’s mobile van.

Houndspa have denied all the allegations of wrongdoing.

Meanwhile, Jony Ceballos denied having played a role in the dog’s death, with his lawyer arguing Nicola was “liable for her comparative negligence.”

Nicola will reportedly have to authorise the release of medical records concerning the pooch’s death. It’s thought all parties involved will be involved in the deposition.

The U.S. Sun has approached Nicola’s representatives for comment.

According to MailOnline, veterinary records suggest Nala had neurological problems, fluid lungs and a rapid heart rate prior to her death.

Although the exact cause for these symptoms remains unknown at this time.

This latest update comes amid a deepening “family feud” between the couple and Brooklyn’s parents.

Brooklyn, 26, and billionaire heiress Nicola, 30, allegedly suffered a rift with his family after the couple snubbed David’s 50th birthday bash earlier this month.

David and Victoria reportedly feared there may be no way back for them and their son after he declared he “would always choose” wife Nicola.

It came as Brooklyn shared a video online of him and Nicola, riding on his motorbike, telling his 16.3 million followers: “My whole world. I will love you forever. I always choose you baby.”

Those close to the Beckhams said the message seemed “very pointed”

A source added: “It shows how much this situation with his family has escalated.

“It’s very sad for everyone involved, especially David and Victoria who love him very much. This isn’t the Brooklyn his family knows and loves.

“This post was like a dagger to their hearts but they will always be there for Brooklyn.”

Brooklyn added of his wife Nicola: “You’re the most amazing person I know. Me and you forever baby.” She responded: “I’ve always got you baby.”
