Taking to Instagram, the mom-to-be — who had a traumatic first trimester — uploaded a photo that featured her modeling shorts and a cardigan, which she left unbuttoned to expose her pregnant belly.

She posed against a tall tree with her long brunette hair falling around her face and past her shoulders.

Culpo, 32, is awaiting the birth of her first child with husband Christian McCaffrey, 28, whom she wed in June 2024.

In a caption shared with her 5.4 million followers, she used three emoji — a sprouting plant, a clock, and a red heart.

In a set of videos, including one from late last year, the former pageant queen recorded the small dog nuzzling her stomach and listening for baby kicks.

She wrote over one snippet, ‘Listening to some crazy kicks this morning. I love how he listens.’

The doting pet owner jokingly said in a second outtake that Oliver was ‘waiting for the one-two punch.’

A clip dated December 7, 2024 read, ‘He’s been laying on my stomach since the very beginning of my pregnancy.

‘In my sickest times he refused to leave my side. Three months of bed rest + pelvic rest. He knew I needed him.’

Shortly after announcing her pregnancy news in March, the beauty detailed her uncomfortable first trimester.

And in a TikTok video posted last month, which was recorded in December 2024 when she was nine weeks along, Culpo said she suffered a ‘subchorionic hematoma’ while fighting pneumonia.

‘I have been on bed rest and before that I had pneumonia, so I was sick also for two weeks. I’ve been truly on bed rest for four weeks,’ she told viewers.

Speaking candidly, Olivia continued: ‘Towards the end of the two weeks of being really sick, I got a subchorionic hematoma, which is basically a blood clot in my uterus. And I was bleeding everywhere.’

Despite the health scare, her doctor found her baby unharmed and ordered her to stay in bed.

McCaffrey popped the question in April 2023, four years after the two began dating. Culpo tied the knot with the NFL star in Rhode Island on June 29, 2024.
