Acquired in 2017 for $7 million, the 4,011-square-foot, single-story estate was transformed by Bloom from a 1950s ranch into a high-end retreat by architect Miguel Ángel Aragonés — a full remodel reported at about $5 million. The four-bedroom, four-bath home features a master suite opening to a private courtyard with a sunken conversation pit anchoring the living room. It also boasts a dramatic zero-edge pool and spa framed by ipe wood decking and built-in firepit seating.
